• How will I receive the product?
  
• You must provide a valid email address to receive your product.
• All of our products are digital downloads. You will not receive a physical product.
  
• After your payment goes through, there will be a Download Link on the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email with this Download Link. The link will contain multiple .mp3 (audio) and .mp4 (video) files that make up the product you've purchased.

• How do I watch or listen to the product?
• In order to download and listen to or watch these files, your device MUST:
• Be fully updated to the most current software
• Have memory space available to download and play the files

• How do I use these products?
• Play the video or audio on your device and follow along to the techniques and drills! No equipment is required, however you could use a heavybag or alternate rounds with a partner, holding pads for each other.
• If you mess up, it's no big deal. Find your rhythm and start over! The best part is that you'll improve each and every time you train along.
